Why capture quality decides the outcome

Verification engines do not read a document the way a person does. They look for a machine-readable zone with the correct check digits, a consistent perspective transform across the card edges, an even histogram without blown highlights, and a portrait region large enough to embed into a face vector. A perfectly genuine document photographed under a ceiling light with a thumb over one corner fails all four tests. This pack exists because capture quality, not document content, is what most submissions get wrong.

What is inside the pack

You receive the front and back of the identity document, a passport data page where the machine-readable zone is fully legible edge to edge, a proof-of-address document with visible header and date, a straight-on selfie frame, a hold-the-document frame, and a short liveness sequence with the head movement pattern that passive checks expect. Files come as both JPG for upload widgets that reject PDFs and PDF for portals that require them.

Submission order matters more than people expect

Most portals score a session, not a file. Uploading the address proof before the identity document, or retrying the selfie four times in ninety seconds, raises the session risk score even when every individual file is clean. The included guide gives the order, the pacing and the retry rules we use internally, along with what to do if a portal asks for a specific additional document mid-flow.

Revisions and turnaround

Every pack includes two free re-captures. If a portal rejects a file for a reason you can quote back to us — wrong crop ratio, unsupported file size, a date outside the accepted window — we recapture and resend, normally within a few hours. Tell us the exact wording of the rejection message and the fix is almost always immediate.
