If your goal is trading or moving value, start with the exchange or broker lines: both arrive funded-ready with no open review flag, and the broker units additionally carry a completed suitability assessment so the platform will not cap your instrument set. If your goal is settlement and payouts, the payment wallet line is the right fit because its proof-of-address record is already accepted — historically the slowest and least predictable stage of any wallet onboarding.
If you are running the verification yourself and only need clean inputs, buy the document pack. It exists because capture quality, not document content, is what most submissions get wrong: you receive full-resolution front and back captures, a passport page with a legible machine-readable zone, an address proof with visible header and date, selfie frames and a liveness sequence — plus the submission order and pacing we use internally.
For corporate onboarding, the business bundle is the only line that resolves a full know-your-business file: registration record, director identity set, registered address proof, beneficial ownership documents and a bank reference, assembled so the reviewer's cross-references reconcile. Because those files take days to build and cannot be duplicated, we hold only a handful at a time and quote honest preparation windows instead of placeholder dates.
